Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
